Oxylabs is a Lithuanian proxy and scraping-infrastructure provider, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Vilnius, built for technical teams and companies harvesting web data at scale: ad verification, price monitoring, market intelligence or SEO. It is not a tool for occasionally masking an IP; its plans are sized for consumption in the multi-gigabyte or hundreds-of-IP range, sold as self-service subscriptions (Starter, Advanced, Premium...) topped up from the dashboard.
It sells the four usual types: residential (175M+ IPs, spanning 195+ countries according to the product page, though the homepage claims 188+), datacenter (2M+ IPs), mobile (20M+ IPs from real devices) and ISP (no published pool size, across 25 countries). Residential proxies support targeting down to country, city, state, ZIP, coordinates and ASN, with no advertised cap on concurrent sessions; datacenter and ISP proxies, by contrast, fall under a fair-use policy that cuts concurrent sessions from 100 to 10 per IP once a proxy passes 50GB of traffic in the billing cycle. Genuine pay-as-you-go only exists on the per-GB shared-datacenter plan ($0.44/GB); everything else is a monthly plan with top-ups, not a no-commitment balance. Oxylabs calls its residential IPs "ethically sourced", but the public documentation reviewed does not explain the actual mechanism — a partner network, an app that pays users, or a consent process — so that detail is not disclosed. The free trial can only be requested once, via a contact form or email, not as a self-service button.
