Its three shared hosting plans — StartUp, GrowBig and GoGeek — start at $2.99, $4.99 and $7.99 a month respectively, provided the customer prepays a 12-month term; on renewal the price rises to $17.99, $29.99 and $44.99 a month, roughly five to six times the introductory rate.

SiteGround's most-cited technical difference is that it does not use cPanel: hosting runs on Google Cloud infrastructure and is managed through a proprietary panel called Site Tools. Besides disk space (10, 50 and 100 GB), each plan carries an indicative monthly-visit ceiling — about 10,000, 100,000 and over 400,000 respectively — that the company presents as a capacity guideline worth checking before choosing a plan, since going over it can push an account to a higher tier.
