Plutus Card is issued by Block Code Ltd, in England and Wales, and Block Code LT UAB, in Lithuania. Since 2026 there is no free version: all plans require a monthly subscription, of 6.99 GBP, 14.99 GBP or 29.99 GBP according to third-party reviews not confirmed word for word on the official page, although that page no longer offers any cost-free option.
Cashback is paid in the PLU token and ranges from a 3% base up to 9% depending on the staking tier, a figure independent of the plan purchased; what does depend on the plan is the monthly spending eligible for that cashback, capped at 250 GBP, 500 GBP or 1,000 GBP. So reaching 9% with the cheapest plan, at 6.99 GBP a month, only applies to the first 250 GBP spent that month.
The exact staking level required for each cashback tier does not appear on the official page reviewed.
