Where you can't apply
BingX publishes the list of countries where the card is available, not a list of banned countries. It's among the ones with the widest coverage — it includes South Korea, Japan and Ukraine, which are unusual for this kind of product — but its European list, as published by BingX, does not name Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands or Poland; it's unclear whether this is an omission on the page itself or an actual absence, so it's worth checking on the application form before counting on it.
