Country restrictions
In its European programme, OKX offers the card across the European Union and Norway, but not in Iceland or Liechtenstein.
See the issuer's source · okx.comThe OKX Card reaches Europe through the MiCA passporting of the exchange's Maltese license and exists only in virtual format: OKX does not issue physical cards in any market. It runs on the Visa or Mastercard network depending on the regional program, charges no annual fee, and sign-up requires a verified OKX account.
Cashback starts at 2% and rises to 4% at VIP1, 4.5% at VIP2, 5% at VIP3 and 10% from VIP4, always paid in USDG, with a monthly ceiling that goes from 50 euros at the base tier to 1,000 euros from VIP3 up. Separately from cashback, OKX applies a 0.4% market spread when converting stablecoins at the time of purchase, a cost that does not show up in the cashback figures the company advertises.
