Where you can't apply
MEXC works the opposite way from most: its global card can be requested from any country not on its list of 69 restricted ones. These include Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Venezuela, Indonesia, India, China, Turkey, Cyprus, Morocco, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Haiti. Australia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Switzerland are not banned but require a VVIP M-Score of 600 or higher. South Korea and Japan do not appear in any of its three card products.
See the issuer's sourceMEXC has three separate cards with separate country lists: a Global one launched on August 31, 2026, one specific to Asia-Pacific, and a European Mastercard. Sign-up requires an ID document, facial verification and proof of address from an eligible country; the standard 20-dollar issuance fee is waived and there is no annual fee.
Cashback depends on the account's M-Score: 4% at the Standard tier, 6% at Premier and 10% at Elite, paid in USDT with a monthly cap of 100, 300 or 800 USDT depending on the tier. The spending fee is 0% until September 30, 2026; after that it rises to 1%.
