Country restrictions
Bit2Me states that, currently, only users whose registered tax residence is within the European Economic Area can use the Bit2Me Card.
See the issuer's source · support.bit2me.comBit2Me is a Spanish fintech authorized by the CNMV (Spain's securities regulator) as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA. Its card is issued by Pecunia Cards EDE, S.L.U., under the Pecunpay brand, supervised by the Bank of Spain: it is the only one on this list with a fully Spanish issuer and supervisor.
The card's own cashback, on its own, reaches up to 7%, with no maintenance fee on either the physical or virtual version, and no conversion surcharge when the merchant charges in euros. The “up to 25%” or “up to 39%” figures that appear in Bit2Me's advertising require combining the card with other products on the platform, such as Earn or Life: that 7% is the only figure that corresponds to the card alone.
The ATM fee is not confirmed, nor is the exact fee for topping up with a bank card: an external comparison site puts it at 1.95% and up, but it does not appear on the official page.
