Country restrictions
According to Belo's own help center, the Belo Mastercard can currently only be requested by people with an identity document issued in Argentina and a delivery address within the country.
See the issuer's source · help.belo.appBelo offers two different cards from the same account. The Mastercard is the local one, meant for spending inside Argentina. The LUX is a Visa card in dollars, virtual only, requested from the same Belo account and requiring a minimum balance of 25 USD.
According to Belo's current help center article, the Mastercard has no issuance or maintenance fees and is obtained free of charge from the app. It exists in virtual and physical versions, and both can be connected to Google Pay for contactless payments. The article recommends raising the card limits from the Cards section so the default maximum does not get in the way. The LUX does not charge issuance, maintenance or withdrawal fees, but it adds a conversion fee when the merchant bills in local currency instead of dollars.
On cashback, the Mastercard article does not mention any, and the LUX pays none. Belo's help center documents no current cashback program for the card.
