Phillips 66 refines crude oil into gasoline, diesel and other fuels, and transports and markets petroleum products through pipelines, terminals and retail fuel stations. The company also produces petrochemicals and operates natural gas gathering and processing facilities. It was spun off from ConocoPhillips in 2012 and is based in Texas.
